The salaries of England internationals Owen Farrell and Manu Tuilagi in the Top 14 have been unveiled as they prepare to make the switch from the Premiership. Farrell, who has spent his entire club career at Saracens, will be joining Racing 92 under the guidance of former England coach Stuart Lancaster. On the other hand, Tuilagi has opted to sign with Bayonne. The move across the channel will see Farrell taking a significant pay cut, earning €800,000 (£685,000) per season, while Tuilagi is set to earn no more than €360,000 (£300,000) per season.
Despite the reduction in marquee players in the Premiership, both players have made the decision to move to France, making themselves ineligible for future selection for England.
