On March 14, 2024, the official website for Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! anime revealed a teaser video introducing the main cast and staff, along with a key visual of the lead characters. The anime is based on Suzuki Makishima's light novel series, originally published in 2017. Yusuke Kobayashi voices Kazuhiro Kitase, and Kaede Hondo voices the lead heroine, Mariabelle, known as Marie. The teaser trailer showcases the character voices and previews Marie's enchantment with Japan's sights. The website also released full character visuals and comments from the voice actors and author Suzuki.

Directed by Toru Kitahara, the anime follows Kazuhiro and Marie's adventures in Japan, exploring dreams and friendship. Release date is not yet announced.
