Sam Heughan, the star of Outlander, is ecstatic to be back on set now that the SAG-AFTRA strike in Hollywood has finally ended. He wasted no time and immediately returned to filming for the hit Starz series.
Taking to Instagram, the 43-year-old actor expressed his happiness about being able to get back to work on Outlander's final season. Heughan also shared some behind-the-scenes snaps from the most recent series, which left fans thrilled.
However, during his time away from Outlander, Heughan has been keeping busy with other projects as well. He is starring in a new series called Men In Kilts, alongside Graham McTavish, and a Channel 4 drama called The Couple Next Door, with Eleanor Tomlinson. Heughan also revealed that his character, Jamie Fraser, suffered an injury to his finger while filming for Season 7. Despite the delay in production caused by the strike, fans are anxiously awaiting the return of the show and are excited to see Heughan back in action.
