Kobe Bryant's championship ring gifted to his father in 2000 is currently up for auction and has already received a bid of $94,000. This is not the first time his parents have sold his precious belongings. In 2013, Bryant found himself in a legal dispute with an auction house and his mother over the attempted sale of over 100 pieces of memorabilia from his early basketball career. Despite reaching a settlement allowing only a small portion of items to be sold, Bryant's parents issued an apology to their son for their actions.
The sale of his belongings was not the only source of conflict between Bryant and his parents, who initially disapproved of his relationship with Vanessa Bryant, who later became his wife. Bryant was reportedly trying to mend his relationship with his parents before his tragic death in a helicopter accident. Now, four years after his passing, it appears that his parents are once again selling his belongings without his consent.
