The official website for the upcoming Dandadan TV anime series released a new promotional video and key visual on March 15, 2024. The key visual showcases protagonist Ken "Okarun" Takakura in his possessed form, along with Momo Ayase, fleeing from what seems to be an evil spirit. The visual also hints at future events, such as the Serpo alien race observing the duo. The series, set to premiere in October 2024, will be streamed on Netflix and Crunchyroll. Directed by Fuga Yamashiro and with Hiroshi Seko handling series composition, Dandadan is based on Yukinobu Tatsu's manga series.

The story follows Momo and Okarun as they explore locations linked to ghosts and aliens, discovering the coexistence of both supernatural entities.
